9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Aldea Labs harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located inSingapore, unless otherwise required by law.
